0165(2)(d): At the time of inspection, it was observed that a white corner cabinet in the bathroom contained diapers inside a plastic bag, and a unused trash bag was also found behind it. The cabinet, standing 32 inches high, was accessible to children. Plastic diaper bags found in mutiple classroom bathroom.
